Corbet Languages Day

Year 5 visited the Corbet School today to take part in Languages Day. The year 10 students taught us some Spanish, Mandarin, Polish, Greek and Italian. We took part in games, colouring, crafts, cooking and food tasting.

This is an excellent online game that supports the quick recall of basic maths facts and timetables.  It is essential for children to use it.

Transum

Another excellent website that is packed full of maths activities that can support a child’s maths from primary through to secondary school.

Math is Fun

This brilliant US website is absolutely packed with maths advice.  It explains every concept using straightforward language and easy to understand diagrams.  There are games, puzzles and exercises.
