Den Day

What is it about Den Day!  The kids love it, the sun usually shines and they do make the most amazing creations.  Mrs Johnson had a very difficult job judging the best one – they were all fantastic!!

Victorian Children

Here are some pictures of Class 4 in their costumes from this morning!

Celebration Assembly

Please could I ask that Class 4 children come into school in the clothes they will be wearing for celebration assembly but bring their school uniform with them to change into afterwards.

Thank you.

Special Menu

Just in case you haven’t been into school this week and seen the posters on display, there is a change to the ‘normal’ school dinners menu on Thursday and Friday this week.

Thursday: Wimbledon Special

  • Sizzling chicken Fajitas
  • Barbeque Sausages
  • Vegetarian Sausages

Friday: Year 6 Leavers’ Choice of Menu

There are no bands for Friday’s menu so children will be unable to make their selection prior to going into lunch. Pizza, cheese wraps or hot dogs will be served.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to speak to a member of staff.

Area Sports

Well done to the children who took part in the Area Sports this morning at Bomere Heath Primary School.  They were all very competitive and, without a doubt,  they cheered the loudest!

A huge well done to the girls’ relay team who were first in the relay final and retain the shield as a result – no pressure for next year girls! The boys’ team won their first heat and came third in the relay final so a big well done to them also.

More photos to follow…

Plastic container reminder!

Just a reminder that the children in Class 4 will need to bring in their plastic containers tomorrow for their salads they are going to make. Thank you!
